over a year now i've been using Sylenth and I never knew about the little "C" & "P", for copy and paste, on the upper-right portion of the oscillators... 3 minutes and I've learnt something new already :)

It's not that I don't appreciate your tut. I'm sure it's good. But why the f*** don't ppl sjow a friggin END RESULT at the beginning of the clip, so you don't have to sit around for 20 something minutes just to realise this stuff isn't what you were looking for? I've been browsing thru the timeline and I'll I hear is your voice dude... Gahhhh... nevermind, good job I guess... But pls, for the future....... show the end result in the beginning plzz..

Amazing tutorial! Thanks! QUESTION. I do not understand one thing. All my pads are not 'in phase' also sounds a bit cloudy (in correlation meter- moving up and down but always very close to 0. Instead +1). What am I doing wrong? Any ideas guys?

I know, at the end of the day it's all your choices to make, its just, ya know, it can be frustrating for the viewer, I'm not trying to force you to do anything, just giving suggestions :P

Ответить

@Denzien2

Well, you could have recorded the sounds after you recorded them in, and edited them into the beginning, its just best to show what you make so that the audience has an idea of what sound is going to be made, because otherwise we're going to spend time fast forwarding through the whole video to find the final sound.

Ответить
@craigwilliamsmusic
@craigwilliamsmusic - 19.05.2013 04:05

I made the sounds as the tutorial went along, I didn't have anythhing pre-made.

excellent job, best tutorials I've seen on here in a while, only thing was, every time you played back a sound, I would get "not giving up on love" stuck in my head for about 15 min XD

hi, I have a question. What is the differences between having a software synth like Sylenth vs having a keyboard synthesizer like the Roland Gaia/Access virus TI2 polar? I'm new at this! Thanks!
