ОтветитьHello. Happy finding your videos... very impressive and will be so useful to me. I have been doing Qigong for 2 months but already feel how good it is for my body. It sometimes touches me very deep emotionally.... looking forward to try your steps 👍😀. Have subsribed thank you
ОтветитьThank you very much, this has been one of the toughest of the 8 form
ОтветитьExcellent! Authentic cloud hands!
ОтветитьOh yess! I rewatched the video and was shocked at how much static or magnetic energy circulated through her entire forearm!!! Not as important but it means that she's really really really good at the focusing of her movement.
ОтветитьThank you. I am looking to correct damage to my energy system and I had an intuitive connection with something close to this yet it was something not as refined. I'll use this to try and clear my spine!
ОтветитьWow! I love this. Very good, easy to follow instruction.
ОтветитьGreat illustration of the beautiful Cloud Hands, hand/s drawing a circle in the air, with soft hands, gentle wrist turning, with soft elbows, and with turning the core, your waist. Moving hands only go out as far as the knee and toes. Most beginners move the hand/s but forget to move the core, your waist. Your core, your waist, your Dan Tien, is the driving force in all movements, not the hands. Eyes follow the moving top hand but it doesn't only focus on the moving hand, it sees beyond. Great emphasis on the empty step and the gradual shift in weight as you fill the leading leg. Breathing is-- at center, breath in and as you step out, slowly breath out, as you return to center breath in... Your breathing is to match the hands, core turning and the stepping. Moving one hand like clouds stationary is a great Silk Reeling exercise which is an art in itself. Don't forget to shift your weight and turn your core. Moving Hands Like Clouds/Cloud Hands is a wonderful multitask form, with moving both hands, body and feet, to help seniors prevent falls.
ОтветитьI have been searching for a beautifully and clearly demonstrated cloud hands and this is it. You gave all the intermediate stages. With different camera angles and the more tightly fitted clothes I could see the whole body movement. Thank you
ОтветитьThank you. I just began to learn Tai chi and we were taught this and I was looking for a video that demonstrated this

ОтветитьI practice Wu style but your tai chi looks good to me.
ОтветитьAwesome thank you

ОтветитьGreat job on inversion. By using your right and instructing my left makes it far less confusing to practice. Thank You.
ОтветитьWow ,Shaolin's yoga
Thanks
I started learning Tai Chi a couple of months ago, and I find coordinating the different movements surprisingly difficult
But showing each arm on its own first has made cloud hands much simpler and clearer - thankyou
Very good
