I can't use it, but I just want to bake a diffuse and a normal map, I only get black maps for the diffuse and entirely blue for the normal. Well, it worked once or twice.
For those who can't do it, I found an alternative method, longer but which works.
1 make a plan, place the desired texture on it, a camera then render in cycle in 1920*1920 or any resolution.
For the diffuse it is therefore done and for the normal go through photoshop then adjust the UV accordingly.
The traditional blender baking method is even worse than the really long addon and the result and as the latter is not guaranteed, in short, I regret my purchase.
Have you tried the addon "SimpleBake"? it seems more intuitive but idk how good its at packing the maps
ОтветитьA secret feature there resides, exporting UVs out Blender’s guides. Bottom of the menu it could be seen, old restrictions of Export UV wiped off clean.
ОтветитьBut can it trippy diggie?
ОтветитьIt's possible for export the character creator 4 without purchase
ОтветитьI am. Subscribed, I mean. Have been for quite a while. Though some of you r videos, like this one, is more like an ad for paying addons than anything else.
ОтветитьThere's another addon called Simplebake (16 bucks) that I think does the last steps as well, changes uv map and sets the new material in the end (if you want that). Anyway, highly recommended.
ОтветитьPerfect, How do you create one uvmap to many objects selected?! Or you create one for every object behind the scene, and you didn't show us when recording video.
Or there is another way.
