How To Post Long Video On Instagram (2023 UPDATE)

For the People who still can't upload long video's on insta listen to my wisdom. I once (today) had the same problem as you lot. But I found a solution that worked for me, thus also for thee. Simply have your vid on a computer/laptop. Go to internet and login on insta (on your pc or laptop) now you can just simply upload a longer vid. I hope this will help you be enlightened like me.

So any suggestions...I see several people having same issue as me. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling. All I can post are Reels, for the past month. I finally have over 10k followers & was so excited to be able to post longer. Any help would be appreciated. It's really limiting me.

I can't post any videos over 15secs as I can't locate the 'trim" button. Does anyone have the same problem? How to solve this problem? Thx!

I tried everything and it went let me post videos over 90 seconds long, why us that. I use to post videos 15minutes long 2 months ago.
