ОтветитьShe is not a lesbian but not sure she likes men overall. She is very utilitarian and hostile to men. She hates them and wants to punish them. With women.......she folds them in. Men......dead after an hour with her. So what is wrong with her. I think men might contribute....to her monopoly on food. Martha has a dark side with men. Sad. She produced a child .....so that took a man to interact with her. Right? hmmmm

ОтветитьA properly cooked frittata should never look brown. It should be yellow and runny in the center. Cooked eggs develop an off taste when cooked to brown. Watch Jacques Pepin's video on how to make a frittata.

ОтветитьVery disappointed. That fritatta would've been so much better, as a quiche. Caramelize the onions, dice the potatoes, crumble way more goat and parmesan cheese, to mix throughout. Set in a fresh made crust...dreamy. That fritatta looked awful.

ОтветитьI've been to Paris and that's exactly how they make "Croque Monsieur" except they add butter on it. Always sided with cornichons, a green salad and white wine. It's delicious! The best luncheon dish ever

ОтветитьI think I’ve watched this before but I enjoyed it so much. Reminded me of times when I cooked for my dear late husband and travel memories, before I became too old to cook. I now have to eat gluten free. There may be more choices in the US. I don’t think we have grits in New Zealand and we call scones what you call biscuits but for Saturday lunch I usually made a frittata. I loved cooking and bless Martha for her energy. How I used to love her mother Big Martha. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
