How to reset password in OpenCart in 5 steps support all versions

Thank you so much! I had the correct user and pass but I couldn't get in. I even changed it in the DB but didn't or wouldn't have thought to set to MD5 or clear salt code. This problem has been driving me nuts all afternoon and it's 5:30pm. I'll try to understand it tomorrow sometime.

And I do not know the old password which is why I’m trying to reset it.

This didn’t work for me. I was able to reset the password in phpmyadmin but I cannot log in to my store Admin. I see in the video you made some changes after getting an error on the login page but I can’t make out what you did.
