Isn't it interesting that the comment myself and multiple people were on talking about the negatives of this film was removed..........

Incredible video. Production quality was amazing. The raw, real and emotion and human side of racing we don't see as race fans. Just incredible. Amazing props to Porsche and all the team members involved for telling this story.

less than two minutes in and I'm not surprised why Sebastian has a job. Like always 11/10 job from him

Thank you for this great movie. It not only shows what racing is all about, but everything you do seriously in life in general. Trying, growing, failing, winning and the most important thing: finding your own rhythm, merging with the thing you are doing.
Respect for the effort of everyone involved in this great adventure and for its honest, authentic documentary, which is why it is so moving.

So sorry for you Michael, wish the spin hadn't happened so close to the end of your stint. You had finally found your groove and I was rooting for ya. Hope someday you can go again and have better results.
Keep up the push forward, my friend😊

I think he should go again next Le Mans... it's very inspiring to see his growth throughout this. He wasn't a pro racing driving that experienced this track hundreds of times before and simulator only gets you so far but this was amazing. Hope a return is made.

Im not a person who follows actors online and id probably struggle to name more then a handful. Inglorious bastards is one of my favorite movies and after seeing his interview on top gear and then this documentary, i like him even more.

Theres something about seeing someone thats seemingly accomplished so much, admit that they were unconfident and struggling to succeed.

this was seriously dissapointing, essentiallly some guy bought his way into racing after becoming an actor with very little skill and then crashed a couple times and had a mental breakdown about it even though he was fine and noone was hurt and he had a backup car, so much for real passion, real skills, real grit, motorsport racing is dead if this is what we consider glory

This was awesome. I have NO idea how people did this race back in the day with death traps like the Matra, 917s, 908s, pretty much any race cars pre 80s.. No traction control, stability control, abs....

These were not normal men that raced these machines, they were legends.

I hope Porsche makes a documentary about racers of old...

Richard Leitz. Wow. That guy is absolutely one of the very very best. Imagine being woken up, not long after you've fallen asleep and being told you have to get in the Race car and get back in the race. I cannot imagine the control you need to do that. If the apocalypse comes I want him on my side. A top professional if ever there was one.

The first thing he should have done when he got hit by the LMP2 through no fault of his own, was be angry at the other driver and not blame himself like most racing drivers do. He beat himself up too much. Racing drivers are never at fault in their eyes and should have stayed stubborn to that fact.

I feel jealous because this guy lived my dream... But I do admire Michael as an actor and now as a man who lived his dream, fought for it, suffered for it and most important, enjoyed it. It was a great movie, a great story and a great team! Thanks to you all for this very enjoyable moment.
I do hope Michael wil Come black in 2024 and make me dream again...
I have always been an Aston Martin guy but respect for Porsche, a company that has nothing to prove anymore and will still take time and money to make things like this project.
The day I'll have my own Aston Martin, I will most certainly have a 935 next to it... 😊

I have to hand it to Porsche - this series has given me a renewed love of motorsport - I finally set myself up to watch as much of the Le Mans race as I could. I hope Fassbender is allowed to race more after this and I'd be fine with no more series if that was the upshot of it. Hell maybe one day, health permitting, I'll be at a Le Mans race in the stands.

Fassbender is going to go the route of Paul Newman. Newman once said his proudest moment came to him when a young racing fan recognized him and didn't know he was an actor!
