BULL KELP: the perfect HOT SAUCE ingredient?!

This is bull kelp, being hand pulled out of the waters around our home on Lingit Aani. While this may look like all fun and games 🤷 this ingredient is truly spectacular and presents a great potential for our coastal communities to make livelihoods tending kelp farms, stewarding and harvesting our wild kelp beds, and contributing to ocean health every step along the way 🌊 🌎
