This is so useful, except that even with goon tracker I've never seen them level 47 and down to this and a few other easy quests for kappa, no luck after running customs for 3 hours with goon tracker confirmation. I'm pretty sure they were in my raid once heard them all get owned before the cheater one tapped me in the face too. This quest is borderline impossible even in a perfect situation your chances of killing them are at best 50-50 in every other situation someone else is there first or a cheater gets you or them.
