Damn, that's difference between lifting for size and lifting for competition. A lot of people saying his ROM on bench is phenomenal, but to me it looked really, really short.

It’s like doing half squats; it just loses the allure of how hard it is to go down the hole with that much weight on your back..

Why do anything all way? Because it’s more thorough, more pure.

Those squats are sick, so it’s weird to then see these little girly presses when I know they’re capable of technique but just can’t use it because of the lax standard in the competition.

It's crazy cuz this guy doesn't even look like a power lifter, just like a regular fitness instructor in a local gym. Very impressive.
