I want to get fit and lose weight so I avoid being frail and weak and unhealthy as I age. Perhaps this is creating in fear and I need to love and care for my body instead for the joy of being healthy and active.

His reference to "god" is kinda old school. I prefer Source, because "God" hhas been so misunderstood throughout the ages. Talking about Christ Consciousness? This is too much like a Course in Miracles. He talks about "Karmic Lessons". This is why I follow Abraham-Hicks, they have clearly stated "Karma does not exist the way most humans think of it. When you die or make your transition, in one fell swoop, you leave behind all negativity, because you can't bring negativity into Pure Positive Energy, so the death experience is a clearing process."

I love this so much -- I especially loved Paul's comment about how we can learn the lesson of abundance in different ways... and learning about abundance is learning what the source of all things truly is, which is God/universe/source. Thank you!

I too ended up in my dream house- an old cinderblock railway type cottage w cement floor, trees, large pasture, 75 acre old mtn forest i just conserved forever by conservation easement. Paul seems such a reluctant sage…but treads his soul path with such humility and grace. I’m grateful he does do, as since following the teachers, my life has changed to one of no fear, no guilt, almost constant peace and contentment, and a sense of real possibility about the future I’ve never truly believed possible before.

He needs to live as a woman in his next life. He doesn't get that so many men are predators and we are literal prey. I think he still has a lot to learn. Just as we all do.

Paul and the guides lay out a very honest and practical way to the light. He teaches how to get there and I appreciate these teachings very much. Thank you for this broadcast. I've heard Paul many times before but there's always a new and deeper understanding with each contact.

Fear of something in front of you that will cause you harm is a normal reaction of the mind to protect the body. saying to yourself that you have no fear and walk into a fire is stupidity. However fearing something that has no bearing on you (war in another country that has no immediate threat to you) is wasted energy and taking you away from the present where love and happiness resides. You dont need a celestial guide to channel this information. Its a knowingness inside you. Trust your higher self. We are well trained by this world to live in fear. If you think about it pretty much everything we do is done out of fear. Freedom comes from knowing you are eternal, your body is temporary, and when its time to shed it, its time, you cant fight it. And fearing it is out of ignorance. I am very sceptical about channelings that predict the future, especially less than ideal futures. this simply conforms to the slavery systems already on earth.

I feel like the more you watch channels like this the less you know. Because of so many guests with so many different beliefs. You end up being pulled in all directions. You are your own creator so choose the belief that works for you. Where attention goes, power flows. So choose wisely.

I heard Paul talking about the upper room and remembered that I’ve head of that before. I searched for the books his channeled and realized I have the one called Realization.
