ОтветитьWhen I was in HS, I was the only guy on the gymnastics team who could do the splits for a long while. Sure I did a lot of stretches, but the first full splits I did was after a senior jumped on my shoulders and held an L, forcing me all the way down :(

ОтветитьYou have a very nice split!! But as a dancer I have a tip: try to get on top of your knee to square your hips otherwise it can be damaging to your knees and back. Also, it makes it a tad harder so it’s normal for it to be harder when you do it like that!
ОтветитьThis is how I learned when I was in high school!! I didnt use the heater or massager but I did wear socks and worked out my quads and legs. It took me a year to get all the way down to the floor. I would try to slide down a little bit more every day and eventually, I just did it!

ОтветитьI probably have some hyper mobility disorder but I don't have to do any workouts or heat up my muscles before doing the splits, I have always been able to do them too. It doesn't hurt when I get out of the splits either. I have always been flexible not to contortionist level but enough where I would comfortably sit in really awkward positions without my muscles feeling overworked.
(Sorry if my English isn't that good, spelling and grammar have never been my strong suit)
Im 13 and wanna get more flexible and active for my future, i dont focus on it too heavily but its definitely been a staple in my life for a few months👍👍👍

ОтветитьI used to have a trainer that would make us do spilts for warmup, and he would just push us against the wall without any stretching before hand and make us sing songs until he was happy LMAO

Ответитьi would not recommend trying oversplits being overstretched increases your risk of injury!!! instead trying doing a parallel split or get your middle spilt!

ОтветитьOK I’m doing your routine right now but my only issue is when I do butterfly mind my legs are they are at the ground, so what do I do and I can’t put my feet anywhere closer to my body because they don’t go any closer, so do I just do butterfly and put my arms forward because that’s what I’m doing now

ОтветитьI was able to "man" split in grade 6 which did take me a lot of times and now I can do a "woman" split and it's kinda fun seeing people try to reach their knees to the ground while sitting (idk whats it called)
