Seeing you play carnival night act 2 makes me really happy 🥹 the prototype music for this act is amazing and definitely flows!

I like how before this Sonic 3 prototype was unveiled, everyone just absolutely hates the PC soundtracks of the game. After the prototype, the entire community was divided. Some still disliked the original soundtrack and prefers MJ's, while some others prefers the original soundtrack over MJ's, and some that likes both of them (idk if there's anyone that actually hates both soundtracks. If so, then what the heck are you playing S3&K for?). Never thought a community would become so divided over soundtracks of a 16-bit MegaDrive game

Fact:No big rings

I like how this prototype of sonic 3 uses the same sega logo screen as sonic 2 maybe the opted to go with
That version instead of the version seen in the finished version of the game where sonic smashes into the sega logo

Getting debug mode in the prototype version of sonic 3 alone is way more easier than getting debug mode in the final relase of sonic 3 alone!

the angel island act one music changing to the act 2 music after the fire transition should've been kept in the final game

The themes for Carnival Night, Ice Cap and Launch Base all sound so out of step with the rest of the tracks. They were absolutely placeholders and never intended for the final game, I'm certain of it.

And yet, Sonic Origins insisted on reverting to them when Tee Lopes could've composed new tracks for them instead.

I do like the Michael Jackson music but I think Sega should have kept the prototype music to avoid copyright problems.
