Thanks for watching! What part of flattening your stomach is the hardest for you? Mine is bloating...because I have digestive issues.
ОтветитьLol I tried it it did NOTHING
ОтветитьThank you so much for these, they are wonderful! Thank you also for the great demonstrations, interesting explanations, and clear instructions!
ОтветитьHi Ivana. Thank you for your very helpful information. I have a question. I am a 45 years old woman from India. I am a classical Indian dancer and quite fit and very slender. My BMI is 19. I however do have a bit of belly fat. I really really want a flat and toned belly. I started doing mat pilates 10 days ago using online videos. I am hoping this will give me a stronger core and help me achieve my flat stomach. However, It seems I also have to lose another 6-10 lbs in order to get a flat stomach (based on the calculation in one of your videos). That would put me at a BMI or 17.5… which is considered underweight. I don’t know if it is my genetics, that makes me have this belly fat even though I am quite slender. Is it still healthy to have a low BMI in order to achieve a flat stomach ? Are most small built women with flat stomachs underweight (according to BMI calculations) ? Thank you 😊🙏🏾
ОтветитьThank you so much
ОтветитьSo glad I found Ivana ❤
ОтветитьEating less always works for me. I was 246 lbs. a year ago.
I stopped eating fast food, drinking alcohol and cut my portions in half.
Now I'm 185 Lbs. today. I didn't even have to stop eating sugar. I just cut back.
I am slim but have a bulging belly plus i'm 1 month pregnant, can I do the exercise. It is my first pregnancy.
ОтветитьHow often do you do these? Every day, every other day, etc…thank you! 😊
ОтветитьI don't know if I am doing it right because my back is flat but I feel like I'm doing it wrong because I don't feel it
ОтветитьI started doing these last week, my stomach muscles are nicely aching in the mornings now, but stop when I'm doing the exercises. I'm also standing in a better posture.
Ответить:'( I'm vegan and i eat a lot of beans....also I'm trying to gain weight :'(
ОтветитьI enjoyed this.
ОтветитьThis is way better than doing sit-ups and getting chaffing
ОтветитьWhen I squeeze my stomach I get perfect abs but when I relax my stomach sticks out
ОтветитьPS: I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!! GREAT JOB!! ❤️❤️❤️
ОтветитьThese exercises are extremely helpful. They are also some of the hardest abdominal exercises I have ever done. I am so sore. I was recently diagnosed with the distasis recti. That is also extremely painful.
ОтветитьFinally I've found a belly workout without crunches
Such a life saver😭
Thank you Miss Chapman
ОтветитьMy upper belly is more protruding and more open cm than lower abdomen....can you suggest soem exercise.. thanks
Ответить"reduce gas producing foods... broccoli, cauliflower..."
Eh??? I can't have broccoli? I can't live without broccoli, my fav veggie... ☹️
These exercises were kind of easy for me. The standing wall exercise was the most difficult (on my legs) but it was still fairly easy. I'm trying to build muscle, so I can't really reduce my calorie intake, so I guess the only thing I can do is increase my activity while consistently sucking in the stomach 😅
