Chery’s iCar 03 all-electric SUV comes with solar panels

Add this to the list of cars that can’t be sold in the US because : Freedom !

And what to the solar panels do in this iCar 03? Power the AC, lights and air condition only? Or do they complement the batteries to make this SUV run?

Looks great I would like to have one.
