What I do recommend when playing as jungler is to NEVER start turtle. Only fight for turtle when enemy wants it. If not, I don't see the point unless I literally have nothing to do other than farm. One thing I've learnt from playing as a jungler is that if you go for turtle the enemies that are not at turtle will try to steal your buff, denying your gold and delaying you. Always focus on your farm, whether your teammate is dying or not because trust me higher gold level is always better to fight against enemies.
