This video is lies. I’ve seen about 100 videos of a certain filter used and the users are in the USA. Not only does the filter I’m looking for not show up, but NO filters show up when I try this. Only other videos already done show up. This is a waste of time

This doesn’t work and it has nothing to do with the filter not being available. Chicago, USA, iphone13 here. There’s no WAY filters that exist aren’t available to me.

This DOES. NOT. WORK. I know this because I manually searched for an effect that I'm absolutely certain is available in my region (reverse green screen). When I searched for it using the method suggested in this video, the effect didn't turn up. Bottom line, effects aren't showing up as search results, even for effects that are 100% available.

Inaccurate. When searching for a filter tik tok won't suggests effects that you can spy. It will show you videos, using the filter, but we still don't know how to use them. This video does not address that. Tik tok has changed, this video is wrong.
