PrestaShop 1.6.x. How To Remove Contact Form Fields (i.e. Order Reference)

Hi. Can we add some field to contact form in Prestashop theme? For example, field with phone number?

Removed it but still there is order reference

You can remove File Upload from the BO. How do i remove required field like subject?
