How to Change/Add Profile Picture in Outlook?

I have taken the steps you show. But my profile picture does not show in the emails I'm sending. What to do about this?

Is this clickbait? I don't have a microsoft exchange email, I just want to add a profile photo to my outlook for desktop.

But how do we add a picture on regular microsoft outlook the desktop app not the web browser?
