Now following the 2010 E3 demo Mortal Kombat 9 was eagerly anticipated by the fans of the series. The game also serves as a reboot of the Mortal Kombat series and overall it received almost entirely positive reviews upon it's official release in 2011. Even few years after that Mortal Kombat 9 still remained as the best fighting game on the market.
