Why Angle of Incidence doesn’t change with flap extension?

If the AOI is the angle between the chord line and the longitudinal axis, then isn't it correct to say that the pilot CAN change the AOI in flight? Lowering the flaps changes the chord line, so why would this not have an impact on the AOI?

Angle of incidence = between longitudinal axis and chrod line
AOA = between relative wind and chrod line

Kindly tell me
"Angle of incidence" is the angle between "chord of aerofoil" and "longitudinal axis" of aircraft. And you said it remains same.
When the flaps are lowered, chord line of aerofoil changes and hence should "angle of incidence" change ???

Sorry for bad English

If I'm understanding this correctly, it seems as though the angle of incidence is mainly based on the construction of the plane.

Hello Pilots,
Do I understand it right that,
Stall will happen when you have a large angle of attack at relative low speed?
But
if, with the Same Angle of Attack, the speed is much higher, then stall
won't happen. Right? And the plane will climb up of course. Right?

If not right, Then how come that fighter jets and other acrobatic planes can climb straight vertically?
I suppose this is because of their high speed, which provides enough lift, no matter in what direction or angle they move.
So why can't normal plans in a critical angle of attack give full thrust to gain more lift?
The
air is the same everywhere in the sky. Why behaves the air different if
we want to fly in an angle which is not parallel to the horizon?

at :41, WRONG !!!!!!! if the the thrust Line remains the Same (which it does), the aoa does NOT change. the only exception is during gliding flight.

@daviddavids2884 - 08.04.2020 15:48

some very late info. at :34, 'relative airflow' SHOULD be explained. it is the Result of the Angle at which a wing is Pulled/pushed through the air by the prop; aka the thrust LINE.
