The El Salvador orbs are very similar to the one that I witnessed in my bedroom, I too thought it was a spiderweb but when I went to touch it, my hand went through it and I was able to get a short video, showing I didn't have any fans on n my window was shut. I didn't experience and physical symptoms such as the lady in El Salvador but what ever it was it hasn't retuned.

Okay the flowing water? That's just perspective I used to see that when I was a kid I would look out the window of the car on long car rides and the planes look like they stayed stationary in the sky my grandmother explained it was just a matter of perspective and then when the plant when the car stopped you can see that the plane was still going it's just that we were both going in the same direction.
