Lewitt Pure Tube vs Neumann U87 | Mics Compared!

Can't you hear ? Can't you see ? :D Lewitt is more dynamic. Neumann is somehow compressed dynamicly. Look at the waveform if you can't hear it :D I'm not talking about only the peak levels. Look at the loewst parts and the hichest parts of the waveform. You can clearly see Neumann is more even (I'm not saying one is better, but this can be a coice for a particular recording)

Lewitt mics are incredible! I was lucky enough to use a 1040 on a record I made last year and it sounded amazing.

Fwiw .... for vocals, I much preferred the Lewitt. For guitar, maybe the u87...slightly, but tough call. Thanks for creating this comparison.
