Solo survival in heavy rain (Depth of peace)

First of all, amazing videos. The lack of commentary instead hearing these sounds in such fidelity while using so many different camera angles is just amazingly relaxing to watch.

I’m curious though, how do you prevent water from leaking in over the ground while its raining. During one shot at night there was like a protective screen on the floor. Is that enough or do you bend it somehow creating a barrier? Also what kind of fabric do you use on top and on the ground?
