Neue - Is not New-ooh. Its German for 'New', so just say 'new'. If you want to pronounce it, its 'Newer' like Porsche is pronounced Porsher.

Needs to be separeted in illustrator on individual layers .

Each cloud needs to be on a separate layer
And each building need to be separated.
And the background too separated.

It can be tricky to separate each building as parts of each building paths or scattered in different parts of the whole layer .
