His biggest pro is his personality. He'll annoy you to death before you can use any jutsu

I mean who wouldn't drop kick the random ninja drawing on the ground mid battle in a world of seals and elaborate techniques

its also noted that his weapon isnt very effective at killing i beleive, designed purely to just try and inflict a wound to get some blood, i guess similiar to Stain from MHA in that regard, his focus is just fast attacks to try and cut so he can use his ability to actually get the kill
