ОтветитьThank you, that's really helpful. ❤
ОтветитьHello!
I was at a quilling workshop and we made a picture with flowers. at the end we coated it with varnish. I didn't like it the most, because I thought it looked better without the varnish. Can you tell me if this is really necessary or not. Thank you very much for the answer and of course for all the videos in which you nicely guide beginners through the initial problems.
Wonderful! I have never made any mistakes while quilling. Ever. That may sound tough to believe, but it's not when I confess that I've never quilled before. You obviously have a great deal of experience, and you are generous to share it with us. I plan to watch all your videos before I order my supplies--and refer to them often as I craft my projects. Thanks!
Ответить❤thank you ❤
ОтветитьThis is amazing. Thank you! I noticed your glue bottle has a different tip on it that reminds me of a mechanical pencil. Did you buy it this way or make it? I hate the tip these bottles normally use as they come loose.
ОтветитьCecelia, you have totally renewed my quilling energy! I have paper strips at least 15 years old that have just been stashed in a closet. If only I had seen your very helpful tips then!
Thank you!!!
Great Art.
ОтветитьThank you for this video. It has so many useful tips. I found your channel on my own but I found this tutorial on Ann Martin's blog. Again, thank you so much!

ОтветитьThank you so much for your advice!!!!! You solved all my troubles 😊 and I admire your very smart and clever thinking, and resourcefulness! Amazing delivering, highly comprehensive, and perfect view of what you do. Definitely talented making educational videos!
ОтветитьI love all your tips! So helpful! Thank you! I taught myself to quill when I was a young girl. Now at 48 I'm getting back into it and it's amazing to see how much this craft has grown! It's my new obsession! Lol.
Ответить😠😤 waste video.
ОтветитьI have the same technique but instead of pure glue, I mixed it with water so it will not dry fast
ОтветитьI'm so glad i found this video before starting gluing my work 😭
ОтветитьWhat is the best way to attach two strips together to make a longer strip? when i do it, i feel like the seam sticks out a lot or is very noticeable. Do you have any tips?
ОтветитьGood tips
ОтветитьGreat tips! Thank you so much.
ОтветитьTwo days ago we didn't know what Quilling was. A friend sent my wife a card with a quilling design and my wife was hooked. We have watched over ten of your videos. You have one of the most professional YT channels I've ever seen. Straight and to the point and the production values are excellent. Liked and Subscribed.
ОтветитьThank you for a great video- short, informative, neat, good camera setting, precise hand moving, professional work and attitude for a detail.
Ответитьthank you so much!! 😍
ОтветитьExcellent video by the most meticulous quilling artist I have yet watched.
ОтветитьI use a plastic tub lid for things like a glue work surface and a spreader. Some tub lids also have a matte side to them.
ОтветитьWhere are the notes for the link to the tiny applicator bottle...woukd like to purchase
ОтветитьKitna patience hota hai logon mei😱😱😱,i tore every design, kicked chart papers And ran away!
ОтветитьExcelentes consejos y tips
Ответитьthank you for the great tips :)
ОтветитьOh the tissue in the glass to keep tip moist. That is a million dollar tip. Thank you.
ОтветитьThese tips really helped. I’m impressed with all of these people who are into quilling. I felt like I had some weird secret little craft that I was ashamed of 😂 but now I know I’m not alone.
ОтветитьThis is so helpful. I just started quilling in December and I'm obsessed already! These glue tips will make my next project so much cleaner. Thank you.
ОтветитьHi, I have problems in my coil, after I placed my coil in the template, the outer coils gets released and the inner coils does not get 'released'. Please advise
ОтветитьLOVE your videos. Thanks so much. A question: sometimes my quilled circles will not open up. Is there a way to open them when this happens?
ОтветитьI have never quilled before, but I have tools, paper, and patterns coming today. I am excited. My tip for glue - any craft glue: is to use Vaseline or petroleum jelly on the threads of your glue bottle so the lids don't stick when you pour out glue. Something I always do with glue and Mod Podge.
ОтветитьHi, the glue bottle in your link isn't the same as the one you use in the videos. Do you have a link for that one please? I have the others, but yours looks more robust. if I have to squeeze a bit harder on the bottle I find the metal tip can shoot off, splurging glue all over!
ОтветитьAll simple, practical, and brilliant! Thanks!
ОтветитьVery helpful
ОтветитьA good informative video. A new person to this. I want to make some name ornaments for christmas as gifts. What is the best surface to do the quilling on....Card stock? Thank you in advance.
ОтветитьThank you so much... ❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьHello! My name is also Cecilia. I loved this video and it has rekindled my interest to pick up quilling again. A trick that I use when confronted with a stopped up nozzle is to soak the cap in very hot water. The heat thins the glue and frees up the blockage.
ОтветитьDear cecelia,
My precious quilling teacher! I cannot thank you enough for this valuable information.
Can I get your opinion on a problem I have encountered?
While applying glue to the quilling strips, unavoidably, too much glue remains on the strips, and these excess glue foams from the edges of the strips on the background paper.
How can we remove these adhesives that remain bright on the visible parts after the adhesive has dried completely?
Thank you for info.
"Health your hands!"
Thank you for the tips cecelia
ОтветитьGood idea!! I’ll try them all!! Thank you!!
ОтветитьThank you soo much for these tips it really helps me a lot on my quillings there very helpful
ОтветитьI am new to quilling. How do you pour the glue into the glue bottle??? It pours all over the table for me
