Hi Marius, do you think you can tap threads with this machine? Are the RPM low enough to do so?
ОтветитьDas Alu sorgt selbst dafür das es nicht gefräst wird, in dem es die Spanwinkel des Fräsers verstopft. Es gibt spezielle Aluminiumlegierungen die Schwefel enthalten die dieses Problem nicht haben.
ОтветитьIs it sold with fully clousure?
ОтветитьHello Marius! Great video. I was wondering if the CNC has a way to mount pieces that are taller than the z-travel on the side or in the middle (through) of the table? Would be great if you could mount a taller piece to have the cnc work on the end of the piece.
ОтветитьWhere did you get the MDF scraps (Which Brand/Chain)?
ОтветитьLooks nice but sadly it's too expensive for me.
ОтветитьHi Marius.Congratulations on your new machine. Are able to tell the price? Thanks.I wish you a great projects.Regards.Jacob
ОтветитьWhat was the reason of this issue with deep cut through the aluminum?
ОтветитьHow can i express to my wife, that i really really need this machine?
ОтветитьMade in china.
Congrats on the sponsorship! Looking forward to seeing what you do with it
ОтветитьWie sind denn die Abmessungen / benötigte Standfläche der CNC? Ist leider nirgendwo zu finden.
P.S. Danke fürs ausführliche Video und schön dass du zurück bist 😉
This guy (Marius Hornberger) makes some of the best, most informative, helpful, and needed woodworking videos ever. Truly ingenious! Thanks Marius
ОтветитьCould you give me a link for that Z probe you are using to set the tool length? thanks. Also 60 euros for what is basically a button is BRUTAL. Couldn't you just buy a normal button for $2 and use that? Or a limit switch that is normally used for homing? they cost like $1 and the precision is about 0.005mm i think which is plenty for normal machining. I wonder what the precision of the 60 euro probe is, but even if it is like 0.000001mm you don't need anything close to that anyway, since i don't think you ever really need anything more than 0.001mm personally
ОтветитьI'm glad to see that you are back but a little disappointed in the content, the new CNC for instance, I'm stuck with the one I have and have to devise my own work arounds for
the inevitable problems that develop and there is no way I, as a retired person could afford 3000 Euros plus for a new shiny machine, good luck to you though. I think that where you find a useful item, like the slip in nuts you featured you might include a supplier where us mere mortals can go to buy them. Also you make use of your 3D printer, how about publishing your program you develop to manufacture the item, how about allowing us access to your Sketchup plans? Regarding the premier function I have yet to come across it and can therefor not make a comment. I use a Kress spindle cutter, how do you rate them in this type of use.
excellent work. Looks like a nice machine
ОтветитьHow do change or adapt cnc router to take a laser that burns images into Wood
Ответить@Marius Hornberger did you try milling any larger surfaces of aluminum? If yes, what is the surface finish like and are there any problems with vibrations?
Ответитьnice machine and affordable for what you get! I think the handcontroller of a big Biesse 5 axis CNC I was using at work cost already 5000...
ОтветитьThey came to the party but the bus already left..
Ответитьhello Marius
thank you for the videos. I want to buy an EDING card and I am currently testing the free version but I don't have a Probe on my screen. can you confirm that there is a probe on x, y and z. thank you and congratulations for the advice.
Hello Marius, again thank you for you videos, how is the CNC running? I’m interested in getting one. Thank you.
ОтветитьGood to see you have upgraded your CNC capabilities. I have had a similar machine for about 10 years and use it daily...Mostly on our hardwoods here in Hawaiʻi. Enjoy!
Ответитьgreat video - why do not use surface measurements - you know the material also can be with uneven surface
ОтветитьAgain your volume needs to improvement good video .
ОтветитьLooks heavy. How do you ship internationally?
ОтветитьI must still be in the stone age...That just blew my mind ...whatever next... voice control ? "beam me up"
ОтветитьI don't know how affordable this is there but here it is between $8-14K depending on the model so affordable it sadly is not.
ОтветитьWhat is price this machine
ОтветитьHi Marius, what flattening bit are you using and would you recommend it?
Thanks,
Miha
Why do you measure first the tool lengths and then the Z-0 of your workpiece?
Isn't it enough to define Z-0?
How much time it takes to produce something like chess knight piece?
ОтветитьSuper cool review Marius, you really didn't handle it with care :) This is how a review should be! But it needs the parallel port ?
ОтветитьHello! I just got the same cnc and was wondering where you bought those t-slot nuts?
ОтветитьSo you have 10mm steel (frame) and such weak spindle holder :).
ОтветитьWhat happened to the price? They skyrocketed since your video! 4700 € VAT incl. in Germany (5533 € in France with same VAT!!!) for the basic model without any spindle, instead of about 3500 euros. The 2nd model with the 2.2kW spindle included went from 5100 € to 6486 € (DE) and even 7598 € (FR)! Mad! What are they up to?
ОтветитьWEll, I found your review minutes ago. Great work. OK, TG Spindles are not hightech and cheap chinese Ball Screws would have been much better than that. But Felder did a great job with this thing. 10mm Steel at the sides of the bridge with these sheet things inside - well done. What my interst would have been, the underside of the machine - how ist that solved.
BTW this cheap kind of chewy aluminum from Baumarkt is the worst to mill - lots of alcohol/spirit could change the welding on the cutter tips. You should never mill that material without some spirit.
Did you have other machines in your choice?
Bester Outtake: camera tired ... camera sleeping. :-D
ОтветитьIT is price with taxes?
ОтветитьWhat is the full price of this machine?
ОтветитьI am currently in the market for a desktop cnc and am looking at the Hammer 47.82. Came across your video and you :-). Great video. You have had this cnc for 2 years now, what have you been using it for? It would be interesting to see a video of you reviewing the cnc now that you have been using it for 2 years.
ОтветитьGreat video and demonstration, as always :) Keep the good work ;) Does it come with the CAM software? Is the controlling software able to do 3D - sculptures or needs any additional activations? Fo the installation of the 4th axis is any software activation needed?
ОтветитьDid not know of this manufacturer, but seems with many similarities to Stepcraft CNC series - they also give option to add ball bearings ona all axis (my chice was MSeries). But this one looks a bit beefier than Stepcrafts 😉
ОтветитьThank you for the great review. Is there a Solidworks compatible post processor for this machine?
ОтветитьCiao Marius, above all congrats for the passion you put in your videos, not easy to find a so high level of competence and passion around. My question for you is about the CNC itself. I guess you put a look on the market and compared the Hammer with some other competitors. What about Hammer vs Stepcratf M, Sorotec basic line, or Mekanika, at least roughly. The many belts this CNC has do not decrease the overall solidity, it is not a weak point? This is my doubt. Thanks for your help.
ОтветитьThis is 12.000 USD here right now where the majority wages are about 500 usd.
Ответитьcan you advise how to set the default machining surface on the cnc machine hnc 47.82? the software shows me 2000000x2000000x2000000 :(
Ответить
