It's kind of ironic to me that these very wealthy multi-millionaires that live in these homes were too tight wad to pay contractors ( Like myself) to dump boulders off the edge of their cliff to protect their properties. I guess they're relying on insurance😅

It's amazing that students are not afraid to live in houses at the very edge of the cliffs. 😯The landscapes are amazing, but it looks quite dangerous.

Yep, coastal erosion is a thing. Always has been, always will be. So yeah, go ahead and build a house really close to the ocean but don’t expect it to be there in 100 years.

Hi,, very sorry I am over a week behind... We were on vacation down Cape Cod! Sadly Im seeing the same erosion there! One of my fav place to hike all the steps and boardwalks have washed to see,, one of the building was being knocked down,,, the Ocean is so powerful and has a mind of its own!! This is great footage showing what has happened and was is yet to happen! I love the Ocean!! Your videos are so interesting! Thanks! Brenda
