YOU are a genius, Adrienne! I had it done this practice in a while but When my started acting up Exactly what to do: This amazing video!
Ответитьmy downward dog was magically on the ground with no warm-up...... it usually takes me a lot of pressure and effort and walking it out to get it close to the ground, and it rarely feels good. who knew my difficulty with it was in my hands this whole time! (also one of thumbs has a lot of trouble straightening so i'll be working on that now too!!)
ОтветитьI've put some pressure on my wrist today with this video that I haven't done for a while. Deepened my knowledge about the wrists in yoga poses.
ОтветитьI think you might have changed my life with this one! I, too, was “opening jars” 😉
ОтветитьThank u so much , my wrists are now so much better
ОтветитьMy wrist hurt so much at the start of this video and by the end it feels much better. Thank you!
ОтветитьThese are great suggestions. Will this help carpal tunnel syndrome and ulnar pain? I’m hurting and my dr wants me to wear a splint at night. I’ve done that for 6 weeks but don’t see him till April. Ulnar pain has worsened.
ОтветитьI have issues with my forearms and this video was quite helpful. Do you have suggestions that target the forearm specifically?
ОтветитьGreat help! Thank you! First time doing any sort of yoga in a very long time, and hopefully I can finally help my weak wrists.
ОтветитьAmazing, thank you Adriene❤
ОтветитьThank you Adriene. After carrying heavy suitcases around a few weekends ago, I realised I’d caused stress on my wrists, similar to carpel tunnel. I did your video yoga for wrists every night for a week- and not only did it help me sleep again, but I no longer have any pain from my wrists. Thank you!
Ответить💪
ОтветитьNamaste. ...and thank you.
Ответить👉Am sorry but this is not Yoga. These are aasan(You may call it postures in English)😆😁😂🤣🤣_Yog is very deep thing. I think, 99% westerners will never be able to understand this......

ОтветитьThankyou Mam..now I have to practice this everyday for my wrists 😌
Ответитьwoke up way too early from my cat being a pest. put me in a terrible mood so I thought I'd do some yoga for the wrists and maybe try to nap before work..
I gotta say the lengthy tabletop with Adrienne talking through it the whole time really tested my patience.
My 264th YWA on August 20th 2022 ❤
ОтветитьYou fr always have something that helps me!! I’m an artist that has recently started working in my industry full time and I’m definitely feeling the onset of carpal tunnel syndrome after not properly stretching and exercising my hands AND working 8 hours a day drawing, painting, sewing, etc for my job. Its bound to happen eventually when you do art full time but I really have been pushing myself too hard these last few months. I’m feeling the consequences, that’s for sure! This definitely was super challenging for me, but I can tell I needed it. Thank you!!
Ответить🌿🍓🌺💪
ОтветитьThis was simply amazing!
ОтветитьThis waw amazing!
ОтветитьBegin day 20 ✨
Ответить💚💚💚
ОтветитьBegin day 20! Wow, I absolutely loved this practice although at first I thought I wouldn’t really like it… The format of the practice is different and I really enjoyed it! And I loooooved the forward fold, it made me realize how strong my feet are and how strong the grip of my feet is) Thank you, Adriene and YWA community💚💚💚
ОтветитьBegin Day 20 🌿 Wow my wrists feel so much better now!
ОтветитьAnother lovely class. Thank-you, Adriene!
ОтветитьBegin, day 20. August 2022. I remember doing this practice about 2 years ago and it really helped. Great to have a reminder. I felt stronger in both downward dog and plank.
ОтветитьWhooh, that was tough! My practices lately have not been very upper-body heavy, so this felt really intense. I took extra breaks off the wrists and even popped up into some three-legged dogs just to get out of the pain of being on all fours lol.
ОтветитьHi YWA TEAM 08/20/2022!! 🔥✨☺💪🏾 Day 20- Begin to be speak my truth without fear of rejection. Present. Aware. Ready. ☀😊✨TYA! 💛 Be 🐝Easy Y'all. Enjoy Your Day & See Ya Tomorrow!👋🏾
ОтветитьBEGIN 🌱 | August 20, 2022 | A great pitstop on our yoga journey to refine and fine tune, which will create a stronger and better experience as we move forward. Funny side note, every time the outro music starts playing, my dog Sheeba comes over and flops down on my mat for some belly scratches. She knows it means I'm done! 😂
ОтветитьGood One!! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️✨💫
ОтветитьBlessed Beloved Beauties! Begin Day - 20 is packed with self-awareness. I enjoyed this mindful practice. Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase! 🦋♥️🦋

ОтветитьThis was one of the hardest yoga videos ever! 😂 My hands, OMG! 😂 And I don't even have any wrist problems. However, I did do a lot of cleaning and scrubbing so my hands were stiff n achy before but starting to feel amazingly good now 15 min after the practice 😃
ОтветитьNice!
Good to revisit ... after 1yr!!!
BEGIN to spark flow thru fingers hands arms
Namaste to all practising and May all be free from pain and suffering - loving kindness
I have been struggling for over two years, my wrist were really hurting a lot. I couldn't move them anymore, after this practice they felt completely normal again. AMAZING!
