Why are you doing tips videos, is it because even your CCs are now leaving for other games?

Could you guys answer some pretty simple questions about interactions withing the game?
1. How do multiple counter atk things work? For example if I have a Retaliation artifact set and two revenge accessories is there a total 45% chance to counter or is there three separate triggers that happen?
2. How do dec and inc buffs work? If I have both a dec def and inc def on a champ do they cancel each other out or does the dec def affect how much the inc def increases?
3. Have a wonderful day!

Guys 2x events are a scam they do not work, don't open them wait for streamers to open shards on stream and open if you see they have good pulls cause they are scamming us with hidden systems.

Set the Guaranteed Legendary Event's Shard requirements back to normal!
12-15 Sacreds.
80-90 Voids.
120-150 Ancients.

I mean stone skin and petrification both taking increased bomb damage makes sense, they are both stone
