This was brilliant! So hard, so hardcore. This is literally the second hardest endgame routine I've done. The first was lower body day as well, around day 31.

ОтветитьPretty sure I won't be able to go down stairs tomorrow. My quads were quivering by the end! Only made it through 70 of the finisher. You are the reason my thighs have stopped fitting in my pant legs when the rest of the pants still fit!

ОтветитьI decided to do this workout today after my morning HIIT, the afternoon was Quads and Calves. Me versus myself, and listening to my body. I felt good and strong. I used 2x12.5kg Dumbbells and Elevation. Those 1/2 reps elevated squats did burn like ..... and not forgetting the elevated kneel to sqauts, and the finisher, , pure fire💥💥🥵

ОтветитьMy quads and calves are my favorite parts of my lower body to train 😅 quads are super tough, but I’m on my way to having stronger quads 😊
ОтветитьI struggled through this one. Even with fans on I’m so hot with the hot flushes. Burned up through most of this. Feel very drained. But got through it. The routine was great I like the minute timed exercises my quads and calves match the rest of me and now also burn burn so one hot mess at the end of this one. Thanks Caroline

ОтветитьSince I use lower weights than Caroline, I typically challenge myself to avoid dropping to 1 dumbbell or bw if possible, but with this workout, it wasn't really happening😂 The bw exercises were a relief but still burned like crazy, especially that finisher. I now enjoy leg workout far more than in the past, but every time I think I'm maybe ready to get a set of heavier dumbbells, another CG workout makes me completely reconsider the idea😅
