Is Ranking Up Possible for Tanks in Overwatch 2?

I dont know anymore man. Its very hard. They buff tanks but feels like nothing really changed. Even if you are a good tank it does not necessarily will make you win the game. Its a team game. If your team is bad then welp, might as well alt + f4.
