Absolutely not the correct way to eat a sunflower seed is to place it vertically into your mouth between the top and bottom front two teeth which are the big two front teeth and Chomp down cracking it slightly in the front and then moving to the back of the seed and doing a bigger bite of the back of the seed which will then cause the seed inside to fall out directly into your mouth without even having to use your tongue to direct the seed shell out of your mouth. in some cases you need to use the wetness of your tongue to grab the seed from inside the shell. you're

I grab a big handful and chew the shells until it's like mulch then spit everything out. I don't eat anything

now I can finally eat seeds as a pastime activity

thought itd be hard but threw a few in my mouth was able to crack one, eat the seed, spit out the shell perfectly then grab another from the pile on the other side of my teeth... may have found something better for me than smoking although salty things arent the healthiest its better than cigarettes or vaping
