I have my own feelings about billionaires row and what it ultimately serves as In many cases (a large bank security deposit box in the sky) … nonetheless, I get vertigo watching the drone close up on the terrace which if you ask me cannot be any more of a dangerous liability in all of the balconies of New York!! Please tell me if I am wrong and let me know which is wilder!

The interior is stunning! So much better than anything I’ve seen in other new york skyscraper apartments which are usually just bland and tasteless.
The exterior too, it’s all gorgeous!
Also the fact that it’s all so narrow makes it feel more like a home to me, cozier, more inhabitable.
Of course the views are top notch as well.
My dream home for sure haha!

its all part of a money laundering and tax avoidance scam. They buy these houses for cash, use them as collateral to get loans from banks and then buy stocks and shares with that money. Then use those stocks and shares as collateral to get more bank loans to live on - all nice and legal.
