The Thief and the Cobbler: Audio Syncing Correction

I do not own any of this. Here I've corrected this little oddity in the Recobbled Cut that has always bugged me so much. For whatever reason, this bit of dialogue from King Nod doesn't at all sync with the animation. Kinda annoys me that Gilchrist never bothered to correct this in his edit.
