The plantif reminds me of this one girl I used to work with. I ended up firing her and she let me know that she quit about an hour after I told her she was fired. After that, she would tell everyone that she quit instead of being fired and even tried to get her job back about a month later. (Being fired makes you non-rehirable where we worked, so she argued that she had quit and had not been fired because she quit the same day, wven though she messaged me that she quit after we had told her she was fired).

I don't understand why the judge is offended by being called Ms. or Mrs. and constantly insists on being called judge. Those are formal and respectful terms. Should be acceptable
