How Do I Terminate Active Sessions in Telegram App #shorts

what will happen if I terminate that device will that person will be able to login again in my account?

i am using telegram in my mobile and other 1 laptop only but when i am cheking inside telgram setting so there 3 device showing. there 2 device same name showing which is my mobile model number with same other state name and one of my state name which is connected in my laptop. so laptop adrress is correct but mobile address why showing wrong and device connecting showing 3 device?? any hacking proccessed here or scam???plz reply
