Mam I worked insurance company for 2 months. And I got offer in IT company. So I inform them that I want to relieve and said ok and I asked for resignation letter but they said no need because you have worked for only 2 months. And they send unauthorized absence letter for me mam 😢😢. Now they will affect background verification mam😢😢
What shall I do mam .. please help me mam 😢😢

Hi mam we are in temporary address so that for applying companies and in resume i need to give my temporary address or permanent address?? All of my documents contains my permanent address. In background check they may also check whether we are in that particular address or not?? In top MNC's..

I don't how companies trusting candidate ex employer rather than employees 😂😂, because my ex company don't want me to leave warn me very agressive way that u can't leave this company, company need you ,now if I leave this company they definitely give bad feedback

Hi ma’am i got selected in a company and i have 2 years of experience which I mentioned in my resume but I worked for 1 month in byjus before this and I did not mentioned it on my resume. Can this be a possible reason for rejection or can be ignored by the company. I also shared byjus details and offer with the HR after they found it while doing background check.

In a practical scenario, esp when a valued employee resigns a job due to better opportunities, the previous employer leaves no stones unturned to stop him/her from doing so. So, why in such a case the previous company will give a honest remark esp if there's no accountability? Or is there any accountability?

BGV checks I feel at times are not even conducted by BIG firms, or financial companies, they are in hurry to hire candidate to fill up the position and get work done.

Almost they do reference check.

Also big firms are interested in getting work done.

Layoffs they are ready to do fast. Without any reasoning or explanation.

Hello Ma'am. I got into a problem related to pf. I cracked interview of two companies , company a and company b. For both, I had joining date of 21st June, 2021. I joined company b on 21st June.But though I didnt join company a but they created a pf account mistakenly in my epfo which is appearing in my service history. What if someone using fake relieving letter just to match the experience with the present job opening ?!

My query is if reporting manager has made a spelling mistake in background verification form while providing name of past employee to new employer . As per experience letter, offer letter name spelling is different. Will the job offer be cancelled due to mistake in name spelling after scrutiny of the documents?

Also on offer letter of a new company it is mentioned that if after scrutiny of documents any discrepancy found in details then job offer will be straight away cancelled. Reporting manager is reluctant to accept his mistake in name spelling. Will the job offer be lost in such case? Also should joining such a company be avoided if that company is in different city & possibility of job offer getting cancelled is there due to name spelling provided by old reporting manager not matching with the offer letter & experience letter ?

What if the employer is threatening parents and says that will file a false police complaint against you and your son ( employee) over a small argument at the work place which forced an employee to leave the employer's place and cannot continue further working upon. This has happened with my best friend as we are in the same field.

After the failing I encounter on my school work I decide to shift my career from education and psychology to research, marketing, media and broadcasting. I become succesfull for the first 6 months of my job but after a month i received negative comments and story about me. Before I'm doing xdeal on my media job. I have a lot of products and ticket from our client. X deals is a method of paying products instead of cash. To be able to have cash i sell it on social media but someone make an issues and fake story about me like my products where expire, my product where fake they say I was fake agent of a certain travel transportation. The issue lead to ending the company partnership with the travel company.

What happen if you accidentally put something but it is not about your intention to fake it or not tell it? Is it require to put negative reason why you leave previous job or you can put positive things? Like better oppurtunity or need to study career shif. I have an experience that I feel descriminated with my previous job tutor and they don't pay me well. They also allow parents to bad mouth me and believe with community gossip and libelous post against me. There is also an option where our resume, school documents and some photos inside a clear book to be show on parents to choose tutor for their kids that i feel so offended. I'm not also allow to get mad at my tutee even I need it but my other co tutor can get mad at their tutee. I was also the tutor who get very few tutor and the parents ask the center to transfer their kids to other teacher because they don't want me. I put on the form that I leave my first job because of I need to study but the truth is I leave because I feel small on them and i fould out that they don't pay taxes and benefits. They also do something on purpose to restrain me enrolling on education night class by giving me a lot of night tutors. I also feel that they don't treat their all employee fair and they dont trust me and even the parents don't trust me.

I want to switch for better pay packages but unfortunately few months back I met an accident while I was riding in my bike with another bike person. I took him to the hospital but after few days he put a case against me in the policestation. Court proceeding has not been yet started.

Hi Mam, I have a questions, I am having 2.4 year of experience, in IT field, However I had false allegation criminal cases in past 2019 which was quashed / canceled by district court in 2019. i recently got selected in oracle, They take 22 day stime for bgv before releasing offer, Earlier also from one of big company, I face bgv fail due past criminal case history, in which I have declared not quilty by court, what to do prevent like such condition in oracle now.
