Wow, you've done a great job. I've seen a couple of your videos. You have great artistic talent. I don't, so I'll be buying a move in ready place. I've narrowed my search to the Playas, south of Valencia Spain. Recently, my sister who moved two years ago out of Southern California relocate to St. Croix has been sending me info on Italian properties. Her husband Fabio, duh, Italian born in Bologna, might have something to do with this. I love Italy, my aunt, who recently passed lived most of her life in Italy and we have all spent time visiting. I'll probably stick with Spain, as I don't want to learn a 3rd language, but Italy is tempting. I'm moving as soon as my house sells, which at 8% interest rates, might be a while.
