Seems great... but the boxy blue thing when the player is preparing to shoot is a bit strange.

I hate these announcers they are so annoying they should bring back Emerick. "He hit the post with the shot do you believe this guy". Or get the Washington Capitals announcers

why is the game clock ticking so fast?

What an annoying screaming narrator. Can you turn them off? Also, can you turn off that blue thing turning up in the goal every now and then? Kind of takes you out of the immersion. Also those annoying arrows turning up everywhere? I've never seen arrows like that in real ice hockey so... Just ordered this shit because it was cheap but it looks really boring compared to older games from like the nes, snes, PSX and PS2-era?

You have to change the angle of the camera.. so you can see the arc better. Then when you have the puck moving keep aproachinng until neal the goal and when you see a green dot you can shoot to score.... you must not shoot from far, since you will not have. Enough. Strength to score from a distance.... i have nhl 21 and it is. Super good and easy it is a great they. Are the best nhl 21 and nhl 22....

I want to get back into this game. Haven't played since 2000

Why does every ea sports game look so perfect besides madden.. On soccer and hockey the movements are spot on the crowd looks great .. the bench does as well.. Madden is not spot on like this

I grew up watching Chuck Kobasew play hockey in Osoyoos BC and this is a huge improvement.

Not much improvement compared to the 2021 ps4 edition. They reuse the same voicelines

Remember them good days on 04 when i got my first nhl game: nhl 2004. I loved that game so much

the best thing I noticed about the game is the great commentary. It does not seem to sound like the voice recording was done in a studio but rather in an arena. Unlike other games like nba 2k (monotonous), this one sounds like it’s in a live situation. Feels more realistic

It still astounds me how this game claims to feature a 'full sim' gameplay style...I've never seen a sports game play so wildly and unrealistically...after 28 years, EA 🤦‍♂️

Horrible..still looks like PS2 . Accelerated clock. Players collision unrealistic. Players movement Jerky.
You'd think EA would have corrected these liabilities by now. But not good ol EA!! NO sirree!
