Could my channel get demonetized if i dont upload something for like 1.5 years?

I’m nearly reaching the requirements but even though I have got 561 watch hours,
It still shows zero in the requirements.

Remember bomb clicks from 2010? Adsense demonetizes those and you lost partnership and you’re perma banned is this true I’m asking for a friend

Your monetization will also disable if your watch hours go below 4000. I got mine demonetized for the same reason: I didn't upload a video for a year 😅.
