ОтветитьI never rest my meat. I beat it into oblivion
ОтветитьIt’s raw inside
ОтветитьHey brother, you probably don't remember but I met you YEARS ago at that little pizza joint in downtown Sebastopol by the Safeway.
You were very nice and pleasant to meet and talk with.
Keep up the GREAT work & as always keep repping Sonoma County & the north Bay.
Much love from Petaluma
Sprinkle some smoked sea salt on the steak while resting. The flavor is a game changer. So freaking good
ОтветитьBro. Nailed it. I always overcooked my steaks using people's suggestions. Turning off the heat when you turn the steak was it. Nailed it. Perfect Medium Rare.
ОтветитьMan I just did this with a prime NY strip and it was probably the best non sous vide steak I’ve ever had
ОтветитьI love you ❤️😘
ОтветитьI cook every steak this way now!
ОтветитьDude, I love you're channel, probably my favorite cooking channel; but, please redo this one taking the GD out near the end. You don't want this playing over and over like that. God is real!
ОтветитьSo cook one side on high and the other side on low? Or am I missing something lol
ОтветитьYou'll have a hard time convincing me that this not Billy Joe Armstrongs long lost brother.
ОтветитьIt’s not blood.
ОтветитьNice job, I'm sure it's a great steak. But with all the F-bombs, I'm moving on from this channel. Good luck.
ОтветитьWhat if you cooking multiple steaks ?
Ответитьoh, I’m gonna dab it up alright!!
ОтветитьCan you show your technique for grilling?
ОтветитьMe as a flip and flop it 👀 stops
Ответитьvery good presentation but no mention of how long to cook after flip, mentioned two to three minutes before flip but nothing on timing
ОтветитьI buy whole new york strips And whole ribeyes And I can assure you All steaks are not created equal. Cut An inch thick The middle four steaks of the whole loin Are the best every time. I separate those from the rest
Ответить"Sear and all" de Bergerac
ОтветитьWay to start your video with blasting loud ass music and then go to whisper quite talking.
Ответитьhow long should you cook it on each side if you want it medium?
ОтветитьYour butter is burnt the fck up. Butter ain’t supposed to be black 😂
ОтветитьThe comments are hilarious
ОтветитьI followed this recipe. it's very bloody and looked raw to me. So, I had to slice it into thin pieces and return it to the pan so it could actually be cooked.
ОтветитьHow long did you cook the steak on each side? And what temp setting?
ОтветитьI love you, man!
ОтветитьFirst time making a steak, I followed this tutorial and I really blew myself away. It was so good. I used Garlic Powder instead of the rosemary salt and swapped the thyme for rosemary. It still ended up better than I expected
ОтветитьThank you for these simplistic steps Chef Sonny 🥩
Sure Appreciate all your expertise.
when he said god damn it, I felt it in my soul!!!
ОтветитьIt's myoglobin, not blood.
ОтветитьHow much butter do u add?

ОтветитьYou had me until you said all that blood 🩸
ОтветитьI tried to do this and started a fire.
ОтветитьHow long did he baste it for?
ОтветитьFunny ass vid I used olive and let my pan go super hot for like 9 min and everything set on fire lucky that I saved it
ОтветитьDidn’t work. Kitchen on fire
ОтветитьSubscribed b/c the foul language use. Cuss it up brotha!
ОтветитьBruh, I cook my steaks just like you do, but between where you cooked it in the pan and let it rest, I put it in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, THEN I take it out to rest. This way the entire steak is cooked.
ОтветитьGOD DAMN Brother!!! You F'd that steak up in an exciting way! Loved the video and subscribed.
