I'm a freelancer, focusing mostly on marketing, and it is ALL WordPress. Unless you're building larger, custom sites with complex functionality, there simply is no alternative. Now, with tools like Bricks Builder or Oxygen, it's easier than every to create custom layouts fast, and the amount of resources available for creating custom code are unbeatable.
