ОтветитьHi Quick question! I have been doing this workout for a few months at a time with serous results but I am always having trouble feeling the activation of my core for WorkOut 2. I still feel it mostly as a pressure on my arms. Do I need to be doing more to activate my core here? I hope that makes sense!
