NGL, you already took all i was looking forward to in this list, Trails from Zero, Persona 5 Royal, Caligula Effect 2 (1st game had better characters imo), Strangers of Paradise

did tri ace do something bad to square enix because it seems they gave them there pocket change for a budget as star ocean characters still look like porcelain dolls....i hope everything else is great

if eiyuden chronicle rising is a teaser in what's to come that's awful because rising was the most boring game i played this year i know people will think im over exaggerating but im not every quest in the game is a fetch quest like no matter what the subject matter is your fetching wood or twigs or fetching materials for the bakers shop or some shit and you literally backtrack 100 times through the same straight line dungeon to keep getting the same stuff its awful and the combat was TRASH

About Strangers of Paradise, I've learned from playing Metal Gear Rising in the past and being called edgy for enjoying it that people usually don't realize how good is a game until years later, Just saying.

Digimon Survive is a scam,do some research before buying it. 99% visual story, 1%battle

It's amazing how games you have never played are on the list. By amazing I mean bullshit. You're hack and you sound like you need a short bus and a helmet.

These arent jrpgs. They are action rpgs.

too many of these come out later, i don't think you can call them best yet unless they are actually in the open and playable.

Honestly you just do clickbait of every title known. Not really any good rogs. Monochrome movies, chained echos hazel sky, dragon quest x are examples.

Is Soul Hackers just like Persona? I hope not because I like a lot of fighting not dialogue or they have to have equal amount of both.

Not being a PC player, I am giving an opinion on the games, not the support:
- I am waiting for many entries (Soul Hackers 2, Star Ocean, DioField, Valkyrie Elysium, Crisis Core)
- I highly recommend the whole "Legend of Heroes" franchise (Sky, Crossbell, Cold Steel, Kuro) and the Persona Series.
- I would also suggest playing the original Chrono Cross (not the Remaster) as well as waiting for Eiyuden Chronicles: Hundred Heroes before playing Rising.
- I would warn about Atelier Sophie 2 that is a very good entry in the Atelier series. Nonetheless the franchise is quite specific and might be somehow disappointing for those expecting something more "FF like".
- Conversely, I won't recommend Caligula Effect 2, Monark or Stranger of Paradise that are, in my opinion, below average.

I focused so much on The Caligula Effect 2, that I didn't realize that Persona 5 is already for PC, if it's at a good price I'll buy it.
