Mr. X never got killed, he got ripped in half and regenerated. He only dies at the end when Leon kills him

In RE3 The helicopter gets shot down so that’s the helicopter that crashes. They are only a few min apart with RE 2 and 3

This isn't common knowledge it's pretty deep lore. But there were actually four T-103 tyrants that were released in Raccoon City in the original continuity. One was sent to collect a G-virus sample, one was sent to kill any surviving witnesses (the one in the police station), one was sent after Sherry for "experimental reasons", and the last one was sent to kill an expeditionary squad of U.S. Special Forces at the Raccoon City power plant (it's believed this one was the one who got killed and partially eaten by Nemesis in RE3). They were there because at this point Umbrella had lost all political sway and the higher echelons of government knew what happened and what was happening. Not long after Leon survived the army actually did quarantine Raccoon City, arriving just behind him.

This is a very unimportant note, shooting G1 in the eye does marginaly more damage.
However that is not the problem with G1. The problem with g1 is its just boring.
Shoot him while running in circles or knife him while trying to circle around him.
It's possible to knife him on hardcore even with under 60fps.

In all reality, the zombie outbreak would last like two weeks at most and that's with only one branch of the military. All four branches, it would be over in 15 minutes. On top of all the people that would be armed, legally or otherwise. You mean to tell me nobody has even thought about the concept of zombies. So nobody in the world has an imagination?

In the later 90's, helmet mounted cameras existed. The U.S.S are the highest funded PMC on the planet and it would be plausible they have them. Mini VHS tapes were common as well. The player you find looks exactly like a JVC mini VHS player. 1 point deducted.
Mr. X was sent to wipe out any survivors of the Raccoon City incident. 1 point deducted.

The city does not go into lock down until RE3 ,Leon has no choice to lock the front gate or be overun and they never agree to meet at the front door ,The chief took the spark plugs with him hence you can find them places he has been, And if you wanted to point out inconsistency how about the swat truck used to crush X appears out of thin air and is no we're to be seen in the car park leading up....I'm not even half way through and your theory's are full of holes😅

To be fair it's mentioned that the government set up an exclusion zone outside the city and tried to combat the zombies also they were involved in a search and rescue operation. Evenly the losses were too great so they decided to destroy the city.

There is an explanation for the tyrant in RE2R, after you have completed the game on hardcore 20 times, on the 21'st hardcore playthrough, there is a file which says that Mr.X was the store's owner. Leon happened to shop at the store and forgot to pay the $11.58. That's what Mr. X is after (according to a YT short)
