ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьThank you sir☺️
ОтветитьMy college classes should credit you as my instructor, because I learn more from you in one video than I ever do in a full semester here. Learning to weld at this school has been one of the bigger disappointments of my adult life
ОтветитьIt's really nice to see a welder, with the skills and knowledge, Given really great FACTS !!
ОтветитьI've never run a hot pass uphill, never heard of a 60 or 80 series rod run anything but downhill.
ОтветитьEvery Man I’ve ever met with the name Bob, we’re badass welders
ОтветитьThe amperage on the box of rods is just a suggestion, but they are a good starting point....but yeah dont worry about the amperage for shore .....
ОтветитьI've been mig and tig welding for over 20 years. I never tried pipe welding because I thought it would be difficult. I never realized welds could look this bad and still be considered acceptable. I will be applying to these pipe welding jobs I see now.
ОтветитьLet's see that root pass all buffed out and shining so we can inspect that weld proper! Most procedures call for a Lo-Hi hot pass. If that root is weak it's Burn Through City for sure.
ОтветитьBob on your torch needs nosel on all the time,. I call around this is a new torch a conservation kit is miller NS-FLX I SHOURE HOPE IT RUN WIKE REGULAR TORCH
ОтветитьJust take a7018 and weld it up
ОтветитьThx I wanna weld but it seems pretty intimidating, I just don’t wanna screw up, but these vids have been helping, thank you.
ОтветитьI LOVE HOW MUCH CONTROL YOU HAVE ON THE ROD, YOU ARE THE BOB ROSS OF WELDING!
ОтветитьA master at his craft.
ОтветитьOr when you have to add footage of leads you need more amps so that guys an idiot and every machines different
ОтветитьHate to be that guy but, take the word "BEGINNER" out of your vid. Didn't understand anything. "71835263672652731"??
ОтветитьI am literally the worst welder in the south, but I'm getting a little better each time. Thanks for your videos!
ОтветитьIs this tig welding?
Ответитьwhy run the 6010 hot pass up hill? most pipe liiners i see run it all down hand
Ответитьalways learning thanks
ОтветитьI love the lingo have no idea what he said !!!!😀😀😀😀😀
ОтветитьThis really helpd
ОтветитьHis best tip is to learn to use the same setting for ⅛ 6010 and ³/³² 7018. You will save a ton of time in the field.
ОтветитьHey bob, just wanted to know if you could make a video on welding a horizontal pipe to a vertical pipe please. I always have a hard time underneath with pudding up. Let me know what you think thanks bob your the man!!
ОтветитьYou are awesome Bob😀
ОтветитьThanks for another great lesson.
ОтветитьWhat machine is he using for stick ?
ОтветитьAnyone know why bob doesn’t make videos anymore?
ОтветитьThat tip is GREAT ppl get hung up on amperage. In reality i run bout 10amps less than most ppl due to my speed in 3g position. Thats not what teacher said but what worked 4 me. Look at puddle not amperage
Ответитьhow can we learn to read the puddle when you click it into elapse time speed?
ОтветитьLay that pipe brother
ОтветитьLove watching your vids Bob, I like the way you break it down in layman terms. Thanks for what you do
ОтветитьNn
ОтветитьWhat are some tricks to keep peices, super straigh t, big caps and drawbars huh,
ОтветитьHlw sir i am from india i don't know english can u upload this video in hindi dubbed plz
Ответитьme getting into welding years after I took some welding classes... lightbulb goes on...O that's what that motion was about!
ОтветитьExcellent discussion bob
You are spot on with pipe highly skilled deep knowledge and funny
Great job bob
Always learning from you I have been teaching fabrication and welding and sheet Metsl layout fir over 23 years
A life time of learning
Power on Bob
US Navy retired welder
Sucks that the Editor Fast Forwarded the welding. It defeats the purpose of watch and learn.
Ответитьshould you push climbing up? i keep getting told to only drag with stick to avoid inclusions
ОтветитьWas that hot pass with 6010? Hence the whipped motion?
Ответитьif bob can’t weld it then it can’t be welded
ОтветитьTaking apprentices?
ОтветитьYou do a check mark your lazy triangle
ОтветитьThe Legand!
ОтветитьThe slow motion shots are super helpful
ОтветитьMan It took me about 2 weeks welding on my own to learn that just welding over fucked up welds not helping lol. I managed to do 1 pretty nice weld on a Vband piece. pretty proud of it
ОтветитьI want to be a welder
ОтветитьI really do like you sir“genuine“
