ОтветитьPerfect workout post Covid for me. Light HIIT was what I wanted with weightlifting. I enjoy the video without the chat, the count down is perfect, and the workouts are good for chronic pain.

ОтветитьI've literally created two playlists for myself from your videos. One for my morning workout and another for the evening. I cannot thank you enough!!
I've always struggled with my weight, I was literally born fat because my mum was diabetic during her preganancy with me. A couple of weeks ago I was feeling really bad and so I went out to the shop to buy some sweets to soothe my mood as I am an emotional eater, but the shop had a discount on Kettlebells so I bought one instead. I thought no more weakness and no more self pity, take control, of course that's easier said than done, but I had to start somewhere.
My arms back and abs are sore, but I am so happy! Whenever I move and feel my muscles ache I feel a sense of accomplishment. I am too embarrassed to go to the gym to workout around people, I am obese and ungraceful, and people can be so hurtful, especially nowadays where everyone is filming themselves and others. But no matter! These vids are all I need.
You both are heaven sent you are appreciated. Very thankful for your guidance 🙏🏿

Perhaps I you could add some key advice:tips over each workout to ensure people are using good form?

ОтветитьI love weight training. If I just do cardio or HIIT I feel wiped out and energy less. But making sure your muscles are happy is the best! I feel immediately energized afterwards, and I love that your videos are 20-30 minutes. I do my workouts in my one hour lunch, thank you!
