ОтветитьYour last suggestion was pure gold. This is a hobby, and I should relax, not get upset. Slow down, enjoy the process, and realize the next one will be better.
ОтветитьOttimo video con interessanti suggerimenti......Bellissima la tua frase finale.
ОтветитьThanks for the awesome knowledge I will definitely be using some of these tips for sure especially the carbon fiber and racing harness
ОтветитьIt's been over 50 years since I did static models with this detail, but here are two of my tips. (1) Paint colors like black, especially flat black, look fake at 1/24 scale. Tone it down with a bit of white to make it ultra-dark grey instead. (2) If you want to add some texture to rust-colored paint, add a bit of talcum powder. At that scale it can look gritty and increases the flatness of color.
ОтветитьExcellent !!!!
ОтветитьSo many good small tips, Thank YOU!

ОтветитьAwesome thanks. 😊
ОтветитьI find that 'scuffing' the body surface with sand paper can do more harm than good. I use lacquer thinner on a Q-tip to take the shine off of the surface. It helps me maintain the sharp detail of badges and trim. It dries in seconds and it can be primed in a few seconds.
ОтветитьIs that AE86 from Tamiya?
ОтветитьI save the metal handles from fried rice containers. Use them for "G" scale freight car ladder rungs, which get painted same as car body. These are outdoor trains & the metal rungs don't sag from being in the sun all day & handling abuse. They also don't get brittle in freezing cold. I have used it to replace the grab railing on steam locos too. The wire handle is stiff enough to hold a shape, soft enough to shape & I use a circle cutter wire cutter for clean cutting the ends.
ОтветитьCan i have the link for the wraping wires you used in the video thanks
ОтветитьWhat is winegar

Ответитьi am a beginner in model cars so this was useful
ОтветитьTake 2 spring mouse traps and remove the arm that holds them open glue them together back to back and then you can pull the spring arms down and use them to hold bodies for painting them by puting them inside and letting the spring clamps go will hold bodies while you hold the free end of the wooden part of traps , if it has too much force you can put a little heat on the spring to loosen the tension , watch your fingers the trap still might bite .
ОтветитьThis was very helpful, thank you.
Ответитьthank you for sharing. I'm just getting back into it
